| Introduction | I am a silversmith/metalsmith artist based in Eastern Ontario Canada. I create unique contemporary pieces as well as hammered medieval style jewellery, chain maille, small containers and whimsy's forged, pierced, cast and raised out of silver, copper, brass and pewter. I have a keen interest in experimenting with glass and forging iron as well. I am a 'green' jeweller using non-toxic consumables and as much recycled material as possible and I endeavor to make all parts and findings for my pieces by hand. I'm a proud member of the Canadian Metal Arts Guild, Artists In Canada as well as SRAJD - Self Representing Artist Jewellery Designer. I am currently working from my studio at home in the 1000 Islands. Inquire regarding 1 on 1 instruction or renting 'workshop time' in my very well equipped studio! |

| Favorite music | Eclectic! Some of my favourite artists are Sarah Brightman, Loreena McKennitt, Jan Arden, Andrea Bocelli,Sarah McLachlan, Jewel, Leonard Cohen, Lhasa, Jesse Cook, Paula Cole, Molly Johnson, Holly Cole, Madelaine Peyroux,Enya... even some Shaggy and a bit of heavy metal! |
| Favorite books | I love books! Go broke buying reference books for jewelry making, metalsmithing and other interests. For recreational reading I like a fast paced murder mystery! |
