Introduction	I have been a avid homebrewer since 2006. When ever I get time I will read aboot beer and beer brewing. I brew beer to qualities that I like and love to get critiques on what I brew. I am originally from Michigan and I feel that this is one of the relatively few meccas for craft brewing. I use to be a graduate student at Miami University going for my PhD in Evolution, Environment and Ecological Biology in the Zoology Department, but now I moved onto bigger and better things.
