Introduction	Sheila owns a CPA firm specializing in Business Advisory Services, Financial Analysis and Business Re-engineering. After the financial crisis, she became part of an elite team of accounting and operational risk experts that advise and examine the largest banking organizations in the metro New York area. She founded a number of community groups including Shelly's Smile, a volunteer partnership formed in memory of her first husband; the Dollars and Sense Financial Literacy Group and the Group Sky teen mentoring program. She travels around New York teaching Financial Literacy through New YorkCares,the Dollars and Sense Literacy Group to community groups and in classrooms in New York City and Long Island. Sheila also actively participates in various hunger action organizations and has participated in hunger studies through the national organization, Feeding America. Sheila provides free tax preparation for senior citizens, business and accounting services for the Summit Group, and is serving on two local boards as a financial adviser. Mrs. New York is a marathon runner and is an Olympic distance triathlete.
