| Introduction | Having suffered with chronic pain for 3 years that has interrupted my sleep and my daily life, I find my self alone in the middle of the night trying get relief by walking around the garden to ease my muscles or surfing the web for "diversion therapy". Being alone with pain at these times is the worst. By creating this blog I'm able to express me feelings and to somehow unload them. I don't ever expect anyone to read them but it helps me to cope by writing them. |
