| Introduction | Jay lives in Hamilton with his wife Linda and their two Welsh terriers, Ozzie & Harriet. He serves as treasurer for the Hamilton Housing Authority and previously served on the Hamilton Planning Board. He is a Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and he has provided homeownership to more than 575 families over the past 25 years - assisting in the sale of more than $195 million of residential real estate. He served as President of the Multiple Listing Service and President of the North Shore Association of REALTORS. Jay has been honored as the North Shore REALTOR of the Year and his company's Associate of the Year. He is the only North Shore real estate agent to have twice won the Community Newspapers' Reader's Choice Award as the #1 Choice for Real Estate Agent on the North Shore and he was honored as one of the "Leaders Making A Difference" by Banker & Tradesman in 1997 and again in 1999.
