| Introduction | I am a new blogger, and young enough to know what it is. At age 46 I had a mild heart attack, being female and at such a young age, I had no where to turn. I don't want anyone else to feel alone like I did. I am stronger and better for it today. There is LIFE after a heart attack, I'm living proof. |
