Introduction	I've been writing about "serviced apartments" (or whatever you may know them as - examples on the blog) for years, as Marketing Director at Select Apartments. I started calling them Hotel Alternatives because everyone seems to have trouble agreeing what this type of accommodation should actually be called - and Hotels existed first. So we now have a common reference-point. Good. Hotels are often great but sometimes you just want a bit more control of your life... This blog will help you travel AND live your way when you arrive. I'd love to have your feedback people... guest bloggers welcome. I'm also left-handed, so I notice these things.
