Introduction	Eating my way through Austin and Central Texas. And a few other places. Good food is half the food itself, half who you share it with and half what makes it unique. I look for all these things. I look for the overall experience. That's what food is to me. An experience. I can find something wrong everywhere I go, but that's not the point. And while I am a good home cook, I'm not here to tell you what huitlacoche is (you can look it up) or wax poetic about how to correctly poach an egg (I'm still working on that). What I am here to do is tell you who's got the "experience" down, the whole package, the food/friends/fun factor! So read on, my followers! Go forth and enjoy! Just leave some for me!
