| Introduction | I stand here today as a product of two strangers that I may never meet, know or understand. These two strangers are my biological parents. I was abandoned on a doorstep shortly after my birth and lived in an orphanage in Canada during my infancy. I was adopted to a loving home, but as many know, this does not cure my pain and the ceased biological connection. I am happy today as I have accepted many personal truths...including that my life is an evolving journey that I must embrace. |
