| Introduction | It took me just 18 years to find my life’s purpose. In 2000, I spent 12 months at a South African orphanage. Within days of setting foot on God's Golden Acre's ramshackle farm property, I knew I was exactly where I was supposed to be. The children were dressed in worn clothing and were snot-nosed and dusty. Many were sick and all had troubled histories. As we settled into a daily routine, one thing became clear; each and everyone of my babies were thirsty for love and care. And another thing; when I gave it, I felt full. And so off I set again, this time to Haiti, to join God's Littlest Angels medical ministry to sick, abandoned, premature and malnourished infants. This blog has been designed to keep family and friends updated of my experiences there. Your prayers and good wishes would be appreciated. |
