Introduction	I 've been knitting since the winter of 2002 - 6 fun years! I am self-taught - from a book, and am still learning new things everyday. I first picked up the needles, determined to learn to knit a gift for my sister-in-law's unborn child -- Sidar Snowflake was my first yarn, and I knit a very lopsided baby blanket, then a baby hat and finally a baby sweater as my first wobbly attempts. I started in March and finished at the end of April, and have been hooked ever since! I am married with 2 dogs and a puppy, one cat, a crazy Selkirk Rex kitten and several tropical fish - "several" is a term that can be used loosely ;) If you are looking for me on Ravelry, my name there is(originally enough!) Favorite music	Rolling Stones, Rod Stewart, anything from the '80's (from Abba and Air Supply to ZZ Top and Zeplin, and back to Aerosmith and AC/DC~ you name an '80s band, I love them!)
