Introduction I'm Palden Jenkins, and this is the story of my life in Palestine - mainly Bethlehem. It tells about events, experiences, insights and quirks I encounter here.
I'm mainly at Hope Flowers School in Bethlehem, a peace and democracy school and adult education centre. I do international outreach. I'm also a counsellor, adviser and soul-friend to many people. All photos are by me.
With love, salaam alekum

About me:
I'm a veteran campaigner on a spiritual-political path since the 1960s.
Grew up in 1960s Liverpool, then became an LSE student and peace-builder. I've stayed consistent since then, playing an active part in positive social and global change.
I live in Cornwall in SW Britain and, when I can, in Bethlehem, Palestine. Written five books (latest here), authored many websites and started three educational projects. Dedicated to conflict-transformation and social change.
