Introduction	I am a Registered Dietitian. I work at a home infusion company by day and bake up a storm by night. I enjoy baking. It is like therapy for me. Having my family and friends enjoy eating what I make brings me tremendous satisfaction. I am married to a wonderful husband, Herman Au, who is also a talented wedding photographer. You may have seen some of his work. I think he has a real talent in food photography too. That is why every time I have perfected a recipe, I make him take a picture of the finished product, so that I can share on this blog. I do dream of opening my own bakery. Maybe someday the dream will come true. In the meantime, I enjoy doing what I do.
