| Introduction | My life is very full. I am an avid athlete in which I train and race triathlons, and I am a Yoga enthusiast and consider health and nutrition to be a priority in my life. My friends and family are paramount and I am thankful each and every day that I am so blessed with them. I love animals, and have been thinking seriously of adopting a dog that I can run and play with. Also, I couldn't get very far in any given day without great music and food! |
