| Introduction | I studied Human Geography BA (2:1) at the University of Leicester (2003-2006). I took a year out before and after university travelling and working in New Zealan, France, Moscow, Thailand and Malaysia. My school days were dominated by travelling and moving around the world to places such as Texas, Portsmouth, London, Germany and latterly Lincolnshire. My passion and interest in Geography were cemented in my early years and during a fantastic time at university. Since returning from my travels in 2007 I undertook a PGCE at Leicester (M-level). I then worked two years at St. Georges Academy in Lincolnshire. Since August 2010 I have been working at the Field Studies Council's centre in Slapton, South Devon. My recent role has bridged gaps in my knowledge particularly in the physical aspects of Geography. It has also allowed me time and resources to hone my skills in my natural field of Human Geography. |
