| Introduction | I'm a Carnegie Mellon University graduate, perpetual home renovator, artist on the side, and wannabe poet. I am addicted to collecting books (some of which I actually get around to reading eventually). I love being outdoors--hiking, skydiving, sprawled on the ground lazily perfecting yet another embarrassing sunburn or simply working in the garden. I enjoy traveling. I enjoy volunteering with a number of community organizations and nonprofits. I couldn't live without music, coffee, good beer, or wine. I am fascinated with architecture, animals, and natural disasters. I'm an Eagle Scout. I hope for a cleaner, kinder, more sustainable and just future--but I'm not holding my breath. I overuse run-on sentences and don't blog often enough. |
