| Introduction | As the fifth child of ten, I started cooking for my family of twelve, when I was 12. Learning from the wealth of knowledge from my Mom and older sister, Talitha, I've enjoyed exploring techniques and styles of cooking from strictly sticking to recipes, to using them as guidelines, to being a Beethoven in the kitchen with impromptu cooking. Seven years since then, I now make the weekly dinner menus, do the grocery shopping, and cook meals from my large family. I'm starting this blog as a helpful reference, for my family and your's, in making naturally nutritious and quickly accessible meals for many. |
