| Introduction | I am Canadian with predominantly Scottish ancestry. I enjoy crafts, gardening, nature, animals, music, genealogy, history, reading, and I have a tendency to spend a lot of time alone. I have a daughter and two sons: all adults. I live with my Pomeranian, Sadie, and two cats, Lakshmi and Shanti, in a lovely bungalow on sloping property. I have a large Italian prune plum and Japanese maple in my garden. I have been involved with spiritual growth for most of my life and figuring out how to "awaken" has become the most important pursuit of my life. Recently, I earned an associate degree in Community, Family, and Child Studies from Camosun College. I help my 90-year-old Mum and give free room and board to my middle son and his significant girl friend. I bake my own bread and have composted and cared about the environment for most of my adult life. |
