Introduction	I am just a simple guy who lives in Alabama. I have been fat all my life, but recently decided it was time to change that. I went to a weight specialist and found out I weighed 408 lbs. I wanted to die right there. I'd never been that fat. About a month later and a new resolve to lose this weight, I am at 368 and am planning to go much lower. Maybe you can join me on my journey and give me encouragement (or make fun of me and give me incentive). Either way, I hope you have a good day!
