Introduction	While I've been around the block a few times (age 66), blogging is a brand new venture for me. Music has always been a big part of my life with my tastes ranging from blues, to classic rock, and lately expanding to bluegrass and classical, particularly string quartets. I enjoy cooking and have written my favorite recipes as a book (unpublished). I was an elementary teacher for 37 years. Teaching math was always a passion of mine so in 2006 I was fortunate to have my first foray into writing published by Zephyr Press. The book is titled "Bringing Math Home" As life is for learning, I enjoy trying new things
