| Introduction | Hello everyone! I am 28 years old and I live in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada with my amazing husband Joe, our toddler Ethan and our 3 year old dog, Russel. As a woman with PCOS, I have struggled with my weight for many years. I created a weight loss blog that helped me organize my thoughts, give me some accountability and ultimately helped me to lose 50 lbs. Smack in the middle of my weight loss journey Joe and I received a huge surprise! We were expecting our first baby! Our baby boy was born October 24th, 2012. Now I'm ready to continue my journey! I look forward to hearing from anyone who can offer some support, advice or words of encouragement! :D |
