He is also an established platform instructor with more than ten- years experience. He is the author of the free booklet, "Stress and the Dispatcher - Surviving the Console". He has presented Stress and the Dispatcher" to Dispatchers all across the country, showing them that they are not alone, that someone does understand, and that they can learn to cope. He has also spoken at both annual APCO and NENA Conferences on the subject of Dispatcher Stress and Retention. He is considered the "Dispatcher Stress and Retention" expert and will be speaking at many more venues in 2012. |
