| Introduction | My background: I am an associate professor at NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing. I specialize in health workforce and services capacity building research, both domestically and globally. My population health interest focuses on immigrant health and migration. I write this blog because I get a lot of questions about career development and what to do next in nursing or healthcare. And sometimes I just want to write about what's going on in the world and how it relates to nursing --a format that does not always fit into a peer reviewed journal. Hopefully you might find some of these posts useful or thought provoking.
