Introduction	I am not a professional leadership consultant or mentor or anything really that special, other than I love to learn and hold a leadership position within an organization. I strive to be a better leader, and understand why I am doing well or not doing well in certain areas. This blog, whether read by others or not, are reflections on recent experiences in which I’ve grown, failed, and sometimes did pretty good in (but usually after some initial failures). This is one way that helps me move from ignorant incompetence to conscious competence (with still lots of room for improvement) ‘cause let’s face it, we aren’t born perfect, but we can perfect ourselves through life long learning. I love what John Dewey, an influential figure in the social and educational reform of America once said, “We do not learn from experience, we learn from reflecting on experience.” This is where I reflect.
