| Introduction | I (T) am a chef. I (J) am a teacher. We have two dogs, two cats, and a large extended family that includes all of my(T) cooks, waiters, and assorted hangers-on. It also includes many of my(J) fellow teachers and a broad cast of characters that I have met here in Huntsville.
