Introduction	I'm officially old (51 and menoupausal), LOVE to travel (have I mentioned that?), especially to Mexico and Central America. Have been to several different destinations there, approx. 8 times I think. Also Honduras, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Fiji, Vanuatu...can't wait to go somewhere again soon! I truly love Latin American cuisine. I'm a decent mosaic artist and may actually sell something one day, as opposed to giving it away to anyone who asks! I'm married to the most wonderful guy in the world, and have a daughter who's about to graduate from the School of Visual Arts in N.Y.
