Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I don't like things tight around my neck...it gives me feelings of rage. I can't wear choker necklaces and don't like when I go to the hair dresser and they put the cape around my neck...it creeps me out.
