IntroductionWelcome to my little "peace" of the web. I have been in the food industry for over 27 yrs. From the Pantry to Executive Chef I have enjoyed working in all aspects of the kitchen. For the last 12 yrs I have been drawn to the Vegetarian/Vegan cuisine, and have made it part of my lifestyle, and eating habits....but I can not lie..I still enjoy a nice piece of burning animal flesh every now and then! Mmmmm Bacon! With LOVE being the first and foremost used ingredient...My food will heal you from the inside out! Come check out some of my ORGANICALLY INCLINED recipes, and a little bit of "My So Called Life" Please leave a comment and let me know you were here! :)~
