| Interests | I'm a Food Blogger www.myfoodobsession.com I started cooking in 2005, when I first had a kitchen all to myself, and found I really enjoyed it – which surprised me at the time as I never had any previous interest in preparing food for consumption Slowly I became more and more engrossed in food, learning and understanding all the terminology and lingo as well as mastering the techniques. The idea of baking a cake just 3 years ago seemed daunting but was soon overcome during my ‘cake’ faze of the late naughties. My hunger continually grows and evolves the more I cook, finding myself drawn to various aspects of cooking in little mini fazes. I would have to admit I’m going through a bit of a marshmallow and confectionery phase at the moment as well as having a huge interest in American food. |
