Introduction	Hello I am a personal chef and writer. My name is Beau I am a cook book writer and kind of a food archaeologist I live in Louisville KY. I use my blog to get family food stories and recipes from people and to just make good friends and talk I am former executive chef, and at present a cookbook writer, and aspiring food archaeologist I am also obsessed with "Rockabilly" tattoos and vintage and current Pin Up girls. I am here to inspire and indulge! I reside in Louisville, Kentucky Transplanted from New Jersey with my spectacular, supportive, and breathtakingly beautiful wife of fifteen years, Amy, and three children: Lexie, Saul, and Roman. In addition to rediscovering and reworking delicious recipes with “funky flair,” I am also a stay at home dad, house keeper, counselor, bookkeeper, chief cook and bottle washer, laundry man, referee, nurse, teacher, storyteller and monster expeller!
