| Introduction | I have had the opportunity and the good fortune to live an interesting life, one that has taken me to several corners of the world. One that has taken me to so many new horizons and innumerable new experiences. I've seen so many vistas and so many places. Experienced so many cultures, languages, ways of living, ways of breathing and ways of knowing. I've tasted foods in the most foreign of places. I am a perpetual wanderer, an immaterial ghost in the world's wide ocean. When I speak with most people, they ask me where I am as opposed to how I'm doing. I am rootless, I am in life's perpetual journey. I venture constantly into the unknown. I am blessed. I have lived. I have experienced tremendous swaths of our planet. May I never stop experiencing what the world has to offer me. |
