| Introduction | CAHC is a sub committee of APAC (the all Petaling Jaya Residents' Association Coalition). This committee was set-up to defend and protect the rights of the owners and residents of Condominiums, Apartments and Highrise Buildings. Amongst the issues that have been taken up by the committee are assessment rates, water rates, the Building and Common Property Act 2007. |
