| Introduction | Welcome to my blog. I live in the foothills of Colorado along with my husband of 47 years who my son-in-law calls a cross between Bob Newhart and Tim Allen; our goofy, humongous dog Marley who earned his name in the first 24 hours of taking over our home by chewing up my glasses, destroying our TV remote control, and then climbing up on our kitchen counter to eat our dinner; and Omar, our very social snow-shoe Siamese cat. Our kids and grandchildren love coming up to our home to see what new mischief our beloved residents have gotten into and also to see if we have any new four legged friends, because we also foster puppies from Foothills Animal Shelter in Golden, CO. As an independent consultant of Close To My Heart, a stamping and paper craft company, I have the unique opportunity to meet and teach people the art of card making and scrapbooking. Life doesn't get much better than that - crafting and socializing and getting paid for it. Wow!!! |
