| Interests | These are stories, musings and antics from a teacher who does everything for her students, struggles with her job and wishes for a world where both would walk hand in hand. I have been a teacher for 3 years and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't dream of stepping into the classroom. My experiences range from preschool through 6th grade, in the US and in Japan. I have taught through (and sometimes despite) awful management, increasing stress, working multiple jobs to sustain my dreams and the wonderful world of testing. I have my Bachelors in Elementary Education and am currently working on my masters in Teacher Leadership with a concentration in ESL. I know, if given the opportunity, I would do everything in my power to be the Superman the world is waiting for. I'd sell my soul if it meant that we had critical thinkers in the classroom, ones passionate about education and a system that made learning enjoyable. I could be that Superman.
