| Introduction | A banker with decades of experience globally. Now retired and attempting to pursue all those interests to which I could not devote any time earlier. Also indulged in Management Consulting for a decade. Quit that because while people were willing to pay, there was overall reluctance to go with one's ideas. Now it is all play and very little work - fully justified at my age, I believe. |
| Interests | Reading (I prefer this to listening to people lecturing), writing (I hope someone is reading!), music (film songs and carnatic), movies (I can watch any reasonably good movie multiple times), food (that is why you don't see a photo as part of my profile), cricket (still trying to pretend I can play from memory on Sundays), tennis (strictly doubles only), golf (feeling frustratingly handicapped, really!), getting drenched in the rain (taught our boys to do this too).......well.......many more things... |
| Favorite movies | I don't like Harry Potter type movies, bizarre ones like Twilight series, gory tales badly told. The rest are all my favourites, especially comedies like Kathalikka Neramillai (Thamizh), Chupke Chupke (Hindi), The Odd Couple (English). |
