| Introduction | 顧裕光，生於台灣高雄縣岡山空軍眷村。1980年赴芝加哥，1989年取得美國建築師執照後，改行從事墨西哥旅遊。2004年移居佛州中部嵩泉鎮，因為「鄉愁 」，提筆寫散文，追記岡山二高眷村、芝加哥、和墨西哥小城瓦哈卡的零碎故事，也寫些嵩泉鎮的日常生活。 Yuekuang Ku came from Taiwan to the United States to study in 1980. After receiving his master degree in architecture and a professional license, he decided to remain in the U.S. and lived in Chicago until 2004. With a sense of adventure and confidence in his adopted country he decided to take a whole new direction. And 20 years ago, he joined with a friend and started a business promoting tourism to Mexico. Not just Mexico, but a small colonial town in the mountains called Oaxaca [ pronounced wah-HAH-kah ]. Imagine his family's surprise and consternation! On that journey, on that less traveled road, he started to learn how to define life on his own term. |
