Introduction	I hold a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston. I joined Chemstations in 1997 as an intern and quickly moved into the technical support division. As manager of the technical support group, my responsibilities include managing operations of the technical support group, mentoring technical support engineers, providing technical expertise to distributors, and representing Chemstations at technical forums, trade shows, and consortium meetings.
