Introduction	I've been cooking and learning about food since I can remember. My Cajun Grammy and Paw-Paw had an amazing outdoor kitchen, green house and garden where I learned an appreciation for what REAL food tastes like. I know that there isn't a subject in school from Kindergarten through Post Graduate school that you can't somehow relate to cooking....think about it for a second. Reading, writing, math, science, health, economics, medicine, law, art and the list goes on. Food is a common language that unites us all.
Interests	Cooking, reading, crochet, makeup art, movies, music, playing with and like a kid, dancing, travel and anything creative
Favorite movies	The Princess Bride, Harry Potter Series, Chocolate, Amelie, Julie & Julia, Steel Magnolias, Blade, Zombieland, Young Frankenstein, The Matrix Trilogy and many, many more!!!
Favorite music	80's, Dance, Pop, Country, Classic Rock, Alternative Rock, Original Hip-Hop, R&B, Jazz...I just like music with the exception of Heavy Metal and Tejano
Favorite books	Harry Potter Series, Anne Rice, Cookbooks and Travel books to name a few.
