| Introduction | 69 year old mother of 3 and grandmother of 9. I would rather ride my bike, hike or canoe or kayak than just about anything else. If my kids and grandkids can come with, all the better. I live in Alaska and have the perfect year round playground. This blog is being created to help me keep track of my cycling training and workouts. I ride my bike to work almost everyday. Soon the snow will fly and the roads and trails will get yucky and I will have to curtail my outside riding. So I am working with a trainer over the internet and will use this site to help document my training during the winter. My training goal is to get better on my bike(s) I have a few events I like to participate in and I want to do better in all of them. The most important is the Annual Alaska Bike for Women in May. So this blog will assist me. |
