| Introduction | I am a 20 years old health education student at SFSU. I am passionate about finding ways to live one's life in the most healthy and happy way as possible. This blog is called The Humble Leaf; because, I believe it summons up everything that I will be talking about here. It refers to the humility of a simple thing like a leaf, that in fact, can be something extraordinary if admired with the right amount of attention. That is what people should incorporate in their everyday lives, to be amazed and mindful by the little things and to live their lives fully.
