| Introduction | I come from a long line of crocheters. Mom sat me on her knee at 8 years old and didn't let me get up until I learned to crochet. Without giving away my age, let's just say that was a long time ago. I guess I crochet with a vengeance because my husband says I have an intense look on my face whenever I have a hook in my hand. So, I'm a crochet avenger, I suppose, some kind of new brand of superhero intent on making the world a prettier and more genteel place by bringing back the finer arts of needlework.
