| Introduction | I started cycling approx 3.5 years ago after a friend encouraged me to take part in a Charity ride from Banbury to Bognor, the charity rides have continued each year which I tag along and aim to do my best.. My Husband has always been a very keen cyclists and has helped and encouraged me to improve in my ability - 2008 was a turning point after the charity ride in the June where my health had improved after a couple of operations in the previous years and a bad start to 2008,I felt an excitment for doing more cycling and this has continued into 2009. This Blog will track some of my training in readiness for the VBCC - Vodafone Banbury Cycling Club(Which our group of friends are now known as) 4th Year Charity Bike Ride - 20th June for 1 week from Banbury to North Wales. |
