| Introduction | Hey ya'll! So a little but about me. I am a college student studying exercise science in hopes to pursue a career in occupational therapy. I hope to one day work with wounded soldiers and I also want to get a degree in nutrition. I am a military fiance ;) and am engaged to the most amazing man (wedding is 9.7.2013)! My inspiration for this blog is to help others with their fitness goals -- whatever they may be! Living a healthy life is very important to me and I want to spread everything I know about it!
