Introduction	I originally created this blog to record my attempt to train for the Nike Women's Marathon that took place in San Francisco in October 2008. Since then, I have run 3 half marathons and I'm preparing to tackle another full. This is mostly for my own reference, but sometimes I try to make it entertaining.
