| Introduction | In September, 2004 I relocated from San Diego to Whistler, British Columbia, Canada to ski and and hike in the alpine, bike in the valleys and to generally live well with my wife Sue and our family. In June, 2006 I established Black Tusk Advisers, which helps businesses pursuing M&A or other complex transactions. I am also a member of the Board of H2O Audio, a manufacturer of waterproof audio accessories for the action watersports market. |
