| Introduction | Life is not about just me, it is about what I can do to somehow make the world a better place. I have to ask myself daily, what did I do today, make someone smile or frown? If I did the former, I am doing my job. If the latter, I have to revisit why I am here. Maybe the frown was the result of something I said for their own good, but they did not accept it. I cannot help that, because you can lead a horse to water but you cannot make the horse drink. That does not imply that I know everything, but I can only speak from my own experiences. Experience sometimes means I have found lots of ways to make mistakes, but mistakes can be the best teachers. Life is choices, I can choose to let everyone learn from their own mistakes, or share my experiences, and by doing so, hopefully help someone avoid the same mistakes.
