| Introduction | Ray Anthony is a New Mexico native burning up the black top rawk ' n ya with " contemporary funk 'n jazz music " Innovation and technology fueled with originality is the strength. A motivated horn player being at the right place at the right time got an opportunity to go on the road back in the day with a funk band based out of Chicago playing the trombone. Hanging & performing through out the midwest with great musicians was priceless. These days the music burns inside performing with his band PowerSlyde. Rawking & funking it up with our own brand of funk &contemporary jazz music. Champions of jazz artists currently on the air waves of popular jazz radio stations. The band is available for performances working club venues, concerts, Festivals, corporate parties, private parties, and charitable community events of value.
