| Introduction | My two passions are running and spirituality (Catholic). The longest standing of the two is spirituality as I've been Catholic all my life and have always been drawn to and interested in faith; running on the other hand started about 15 years (ouch! I sound old!), went through a few off and on years, before becoming the consistent time-consuming obsession it is now. As this process has unfolded, I've discovered that these two interests have a lot in common and feed off each other, hence this blog. |
