Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and is a Certified Scrum Master, ITIL v3 Expert, ITIL v2 Service Manager, and ISEB accredited Master ITSM Instructor. Brian actively competes in running and triathlon events and is a member of Tri Club San Diego.
