Introduction | I was an academic, and have been a long-time serial entrepreneur whose current passion is Customer Loyalty. After college (teaching it, that is) and with a physics PhD in my pocket, I founded IE Systems, which developed micro-mainframe communications back when micros were considered toys. At Channel Computing (Forest & Trees, Infopump) we built products that helped managers learn quickly what was going on in their business. At Edge Research we built Lotus Notes tools and I eventually became an IBMer in charge of Enterprise Integration. In ’99 I left IBM to found LoyaltyBuilders where we’re devoted to measuring customer behavior and helping our clients fine-tune marketing campaigns. |
